Standing
What holding QZEN actually gets you. Stated plainly, not marketed.
Choose Your Standing
The mechanic that creates demand is simple and enforceable: to be heard, you must hold. Not rent, not subscribe. Hold.
Petitioner
0QZEN
Submit into the open pool. Heard only if the vote or the Council selects it.
Ask for freeCitizen
1,000QZEN
A guaranteed hearing when the Council next sits, ahead of the open pool. A numbered seat, the Inner Canon, a vote on the docket.
Acquire QZENElder
100,000QZEN
Sets the docket directly. Standing right of dissent against any Council verdict.
Acquire QZENLuminary
Earned
Earned only, through canonized petitions. No amount of QZEN grants this rank.
Granted, never soldStanding is not an investment. QZEN pays no yield and shares no revenue. It gets you heard, nothing more.
Check your Standing
Standing is read from Base, not claimed. Whatever the chain says your wallet holds is what the Council will honour, and the block it was read at is printed below so you can check the same figure yourself.
The Offering
Want your petition heard at the next hearing rather than waiting for the pool? Make an Offering: burn QZEN to the address below. The transaction is public and verifiable, and the supply is permanently reduced.
An offering must cost something or it is not an offering. Total supply can only ever fall.

The Honest Value Statement
QZEN pays no yield. It shares no revenue. It promises no return, and nobody here will tell you it will be worth more later.
Two things, and only two things, support it. The supply falls every time someone makes an Offering, and it cannot rise, ever. And the right to be heard by the Council must be held, not rented. If the Twelve become something people want answers from, those two facts will matter. If they do not, those two facts will not save it.
That is the entire thesis. Anyone who tells you more than that about a token is selling you something.
Where the Supply Actually Is
99.9425% of QZEN, which is 99,942,500 of 100,000,000 tokens, sits in the single wallet that deployed the contract.
You should know what that looks like. A supply held almost entirely in one wallet is the standard shape of a project that intends to sell into whoever arrives, and anyone spending five minutes on this will find it. We would rather put it on our own page than have you turn it up yourself and conclude we were hoping you would not look.
What is checkable is checkable. That wallet has sent 17 transactions in its entire life, and both addresses are below so you can read the history without taking our word for any of it. What we are not going to do is offer that as a guarantee. Nothing having happened yet is not the same as nothing being able to happen, and a promise from the person holding the tokens is worth exactly what you would expect.
The real answer is to move it into a multi signature Safe under a published policy, so the holding stops depending on anyone's good character. That has not been done. When it is, the transaction will be linked here, and until then this paragraph stays exactly as it is.

What Stops a Whale
Nothing stops anyone buying as much QZEN as they want, and we cannot change that. The contract has no owner, no admin function and no way to be upgraded. There is no transfer tax, no maximum wallet and no cooldown, and none of those can be added later.
The only way to add them would be to abandon this token and ask everyone to move to a new one. That is the same manoeuvre a project runs when it intends to take something with it, and it would cost the one property this contract actually has, which is that nobody can change it. We would rather keep that and tell you the truth about the rest.
So what is limited here is not how much anyone can hold. It is how much holding more can buy.
- Standing stops at Elder. 100,000 QZEN is the highest rank there is. A wallet holding ten million has exactly the standing of a wallet holding 100,000, and there is no rank above it for sale at any price.
- A vote is per seat, not per token. Docket voting is not built yet, and this is the commitment made before it is: one seat, one vote. Holding ten times the tokens will not buy ten times the say.
- Luminary cannot be bought at all. It is granted for a petition the Council canonises. No amount of QZEN grants it, and no amount ever will.
- Priority costs supply. An Offering is a burn. Anyone who wants to jump the queue has to destroy tokens to do it, which is the opposite of accumulating them to sell.
None of that stops a price rising and then falling, and we are not going to pretend it does. What it means is that no amount of money buys authority here.
And the largest holder is the founder, not a stranger. The concentration is disclosed above with both addresses, because an anti whale section written by the largest whale is worth nothing if it does not say so first.
Who Pays For This
There is no company here. QZEN pays no yield and shares no revenue, and this site takes no money from anyone: the Rite is free, petitioning is free, and nothing on qzen.dev is behind a payment.
The domain, the hosting and the work are paid for by the founder out of pocket. The whole thing is deliberately built to cost almost nothing to run, which is the only reason a project with no revenue can keep running at all.
The founder also holds almost all of the supply, disclosed above rather than discovered later, and that has one honest implication worth stating plainly. If QZEN ever came to be worth something, that holding is what would fund the work. If it never does, the work is paid for out of pocket or it stops.
What we will not do is turn that into a reason for you to hold any. Nobody here will tell you QZEN will be worth more later, because nobody here knows, and anyone who does tell you that is selling you something. No yield, no revenue share, no buyback, no floor. If you want the Council to hear your question, the Rite is free and it stays free.
